USF Vs Florida A&M
Today, the Bulls will play their first, and only game against the Florida A&M Rattlers. The Rattlers, who have lost 9 of their last 11 games, enter today’s inner state match up with an 8-19 record. On the reverse side of things, the Bull are coming off a sweep of the Georgetown Hoyas; in which, they only allowed 3 runs. The (17-8) Bulls will finish thier final 4 games (of the 22 game home stand) against the Florida A&M Rattler, and the University of Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
Today, South Florida will play host to the Florida A&M Rattlers, who have struggled throughout the latter half of this season. The game will start at 5 PM ET and be airing live on BullsCast.
In other news, USF pitcher Andrew Barbosa made the Big East weekly honor roll. Last Friday Barbosa, a senior, made his best start of the season: striking out 13 Hoyas and leading his team to a 6-0 shut out victory.
“Something about the Big East atmosphere gets me going,” said Barbosa, who improved his record to 3-2 by winning his first conference game.
