The Pro Football Network sized up the USF roster and apparently liked what it saw. It named eight Bulls for its preseason all-American Conference team, including five on the first team.
The first-teamers include PK Nico Gramatica, DT Asani Redwood, WR Mudia Reuben, OG Julius Tate, and safety Ayden Jackson.
S Tavin Ward was a second-team selection, while RB D.J. Crowther and DT Major Dillard were third-team picks.
The website chooses these rankings by studying last season's production and trying to project what a player can do in the upcoming season.
USF fans already know about Gramatica and Reuben.
Gramatica is on the preseason watch list for the Lou Groza Place-Kicking Award. He is coming off a stellar 2025 season with the Bulls, which included one kick that will live forever in USF lore. It's the field goal at the gun that led the Bulls to their first win ever over the Florida Gators.Reub
Reuben, who arrived at USF last year from Stanford, battled injuries early last season but came on strong at the end. He had 14 catches for 325 yards and four touchdowns in the final three games of the regular season.
He missed the Cure Bowl and spring practice with an injury, but has returned and is making his presence felt. Mackenzie Neglia of The League Winners noted his production at a recent practice.

Redwood, who transferred to USF in January from West Virginia, has struggled with consistency in the past. Pro Football Focus rates him at 57.9 against the run, which is considered below average, and 60.5 as a pass rusher, which is considered about average.
Tate transferred from Coastal Carolina, where he played under head coach Tim Beck. Beck is now USF's offensive coordinator. PFF rates him 75.4 as a pass blocker, which is considered very good.
Jackson transferred from Georgia Southern in January. He was third team All-Sun Belt Conference last season. PFF graded Jackson's coverage skills 67.8, which is considered well above average and solid.
